WHAT If I LOSE MY INVOICE?

If you lose your invoice we will need you to confirm your name, address, contact number and email. We will be happy to send you a copy.

DOES THE ONLINE CREDIT EXPIRE?

The store credit expires one year from the day we receive return. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the exclusive nature of our products we are not able to process refunds at this time, however we may process an exhange or you may get an online credit within 14 business days of receving your merchandise. If you perfer a diffrent style that is less then then the price of your purchase you will recive a online credit for future purchases. If the style is more then the price of your purchase you will have to pay the diffrence. Merchandise that is returned must be in the condition it was sent. It must be unworn, unwashed and tags must me attached. If you receive merchandise that is damaged you must nofity us as soon as possible. You will also need to return with the invoice. You are responsable for all return shipping cost.

At this time we only ship within the United States.

Yes, we do not share your personal information and it is only use for your purchase. If you have any concerns please contact us immediately.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Please allow 7-10 business days depending on location for delivery.
